| Our two bedroom apartments offer excellent
accommodations from one to four individuals. All of the units are carpeted in the living
and bedrooms. There is generous clothes storage in the bedroom closets and additional
closet space in the living room for coats and other items. The kitchen and dinning rooms
have vinyl flooring that makes clean-up easy and reduces the chances of breaking a dish or
glass, should one be dropped. The bathrooms have ceramic tile on both the floor and tub
surround, again making clean-up much easier. A wall cabinet provides extra storage space
above the toilet. The kitchen offers modern conveniences; frost free refrigerator,
self-cleaning stove, lighted hood fan and garbage disposal. Each apartment has its own 40
or 50 gallon hot water heater - you're not sharing with another resident! The forced air
furnace provides clean, quiet and efficient heat in the winter and cool air conditioning
in the summer. There's even a ceiling fan located in the dinning room to improve air
circulation. In addition, you can enjoy sitting on your own balcony, (for second and third
floor apartments), cooking and enjoying a sunset or sunrise. |

amenities included with your rent are water, sewer and trash pick-up. In the winter, snow
and ice removal of the walk-ways and parking lot is provided. During the warm weather, the
shrubs are kept trim and the lawns cut. Feel free to cut a rose from one of several rose
bushes that adorn the front of our building. You don't have to pack up your laundry and
head down to the local laundromat! On-site coin operated Maytag washers and dryers are
provided for your convenience. All apartments are wired for cable TV, telephone and cable
Internet connections. The windows have horizontal mini-blinds and the door walls, (second
and third floor apartments), have vertical blinds - no need to provide your own window
treatments!
